End of Year 2016

Welcome to our final blog for the 2016 Room 10 class. We have had an amazing year learning and sharing together. Here are a few photos to showcase some of the many activities from the last few weeks of Term 4.
Beautiful bubble blowing.
Room 10 leading assembly.
An unexpected visitor that we thoughtfully re-homed.
Heaps of art projects as part of our fabric and fibre topic. You can check out more of them on our KidzStuff blog...see the link in the side bar.

A big thank you for the fabulous effort was made by all our Room 10 families to support the Big Give and make Christmas a little easier for some less fortunate Nelson families.

We learnt lots to help keep us Fire Wise, including how tt get down, get low and get out.
.
Some great pattern making was going on during free choice time.....
..and super collaboration during work on fractions in maths.

Over the last few Fridays of term we had friends visiting in preparation for starting school in 2016. , Mmmmmm some how some mice an monkeys were spotted in class as well.

Of course the we had plenty of Christmas activities as the end of therm approached, including the 12 Days of Kiwi Christmas.
